John was born in Brooklyn and has lived in New York his entire life. He attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice on the west side of Manhattan. After college, he moved to Manhattan and attended New York Law School in TriBeCa. While in law school, John took a special interest in real estate law and educated himself on every aspect of New York real estate. After John graduated law school he was admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bar. John has lived in the Financial District for over five years and during that time has familiarized himself with everything the city has to offer. He knows the best happy hour spots in town and where to find the best places to relax and have fun. He is a true Manhattanite and highly qualified in helping anyone either starting or continuing their life in New York City.

Allie moved to New York City five years ago to attend law school and has been in love with the city ever since. Having lived in Puerto Rico all her life, living in Manhattan was a dream come true. After obtaining her bachelors degree in Journalism from University of Puerto Rico, she decided to achieve her lifelong dream of living in the Big City. She graduated from New York Law School and is currently admitted to the New York State Bar. She is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys walking around the city always trying to find new places to eat and shop. Allie currently lives in the Financial District and has broad knowledge of the downtown market, and can tell you which are the best restaurants in the area and where to find the best coffee.
